They Are HERE!

The 17-year cicadas have arrived in my neighborhood.


Naturally my children had to bring one home with them.


Here it is now, happy in its cicada penthouse.

My younger son has dubbed this bug "Rudolph the Red-Eyed Cicada" and announced that the Xindi-Insectoids had arrived.
