Placeholder for Monday

I spent Sunday with Paul and Cheryl -- first downtown to see what was left of the cherry blossoms all around the tidal basin and having lunch at national park service picnic tables near the World War II memorial, then -- after a brief attempt to get to the very, very crowded Dumbarton Oaks -- to Kenwood and McCrillis Gardens in Bethesda to see their cherry blossoms, forsythia, daffodils, bluebells, camellias, and the earliest azaleas.

Then we came home for dinner, The Man with the Iron Fists (which has exactly one scene worth watching, Russell Crowe entertaining three women at once, starting with his head underwater misbehaving in a bathtub), Les Miserables and many of the extras plus The Red Envelope Series' cast interview. Adam, who was working on various projects during the day and schoolwork in the evening, mocked us throughout. More photos soon, Delta took this one!
