Greetings from Trouville-sur-mer

Still having internet issues, otherwise have had another glorious day with Paul and Cheryl. Excellent hotel breakfast of bread, cheese, pancakes, and more in Rouen followed by a visit to the Tour Jeanne d'Arc, all that's left of Rouen's onetime chateau, which also has a very small Holocaust memorial. Then the beach and hiking at Etretat and Elephant Rock, which are just as amazing as they look in photos, plus galettes for lunch there. A stop in Honfleur to see the old harbor, full of people and ships, where we visited the maritime museum housed in a 14th century church. Now we're in Trouville, staying in a gorgeous beachside hotel, back from a verrrry slow dinner watching the sun set over the Channel!
