I have to get up very early tomorrow for a fasting blood test (routine medical stuff, not plague related) and my Monday wasn't very eventful anyway -- nice cool weather, lots of beach laundry, saw some of the neighborhood animals while out walking, read plenty of news that enraged me, watched Antiques Roadshow in between baseball and football (New England was playing so I knew I was doomed to see it). So I'm going to bed and meanwhile here are some little pipers from Fenwick Island and Rehoboth Beach:
