We're watching SNL and laughing at the things Che makes Jost say that weren't in rehearsal, so my birthday, which was lovely and low key, in brief: Daniel sent me a cat necklace, Paul made me eggs benedict for brunch, we went to Washingtonian which was having a holiday street fair (there was hot chocolate and ice sculpting, they couldn't have predicted that it would be nearly 70 degrees!), walked around the lake which had some light sculptures from the displays at Seneca Creek State Park, we got Ethiopian food again from Sheba because I did not get enough shiro wot, red lentils, or dinich wot last time, Paul gave me a Taylor Swift arcade ring and a Loki bracelet (he and my parents are also getting me a camera when the camera parts shortage permits), plus he made me an Alligator Loki card and hot fudge sundae cake, and we Zoomed with the kids:
