Quickie after dinner with all four kids, which was intended to be pancakes, but the parking lot at IHOP was so packed that we changed course to Redmond Town Center, where upon discovering that Lunchbox Lab couldn't make milkshakes, we decided to go to Ginger Thai, which was excellent -- the vegetarians split several dishes and the omnivores ordered seafood.
Adam and Haley had come over earlier with Pepper, whom we walked out on the dock, where there was a big family of ducklings, a heron, and two juvenile eagles as well as the adults. Now we're watching the excellent
