Greetings from Snoqualmie

I had a quiet Friday morning finishing up the last of the holiday cards, then in the afternoon we went to Snoqualmie Falls to see what it looks like with the river at flood stage. The last time we were there, there were two narrow streams coming over the precipice, but today there was a huge flood making so much mist that there were clouds in the valley and the sound was amazing. We also got to see the holiday lights up at Salish Lodge.

Then we went to Adam's, since he is moving this weekend into the city near Fremont and wanted to put some things in our storage unit. We picked him and a few items up, took them to put in storage, then the three of us went to dinner at Bangkok Basil, which we've had with Adam several times but always before as takeout. We just finished this week's For All Mankind and now we're watching The Buccaneers, which is like a much better Gilded Age.
