Greetings from Fitchburg in Fall

We had gorgeous weather Sunday, so we went to visit Adam and Haley in Fitchburg, picking up brunch from The Daily Bagel on the way (they were out of almost everything besides plain and Asiago). Haley had a migraine, so we took a walk with Adam and Pepper and enjoyed the turning leaves -- he was on call for work so couldn't drive to a park -- and we got on Facetime with my parents. 

When we headed back to Worcester, we went to Blackstone Gateway Park to see the turning leaves and also a merganser, a mallard, chipmunks, a bunny, a frog, and squirrels. We missed most of the sports, though we saw the Brewers' walk-off win and the highlights of several football games. Now we're watching the Lanterns season finale, which is as good as the rest of the show has been.
