Quickie, just back from the Mariners game on Star Wars night where we got R2-D2 Seattle jerseys and met Luke, Leia, Rey, and several Mandalorians. It was an enjoyable game particularly since the Mariners beat the Marlins 8-1 with several home runs, meaning we got several fireworks, though since the sun didn't go down till after the game ended, they weren't as dramatic against a light sky!
The upper deck of the stadium has great views of the Space Needle and the city in one direction, Mount Rainier and the mountains in another, and the Sound in another, so it was a gorgeous evening all around even before we went to our seats. I had an acai bowl for dinner from the corner with the vegan food, Paul had a chowder bread bowl, both were great. A few pics, more tomorrow:
