Greetings from Bethesda

Spent most of the day at the hospital visiting someone, though I also got to see my parents and sister -- Paul was at work in his company's Rockville office. Nicole treated us all to Morton's Steakhouse for dinner so now I know they have exceptional seared tofu steak with sesame seeds and soy-caramel sauce (see below). Now watching the Red Sox-Yankees wild card game and I can barely keep my eyes open.
