Quickie, I spent a lovely afternoon in Virginia, first at Potomac Mills Mall where we had lunch in the food court and stopped in a couple of fannish stores, then at the AMC theater next door where we met Cheryl to see Men in Black: International, which we all enjoyed a great deal -- it's not deep and is highly derivative, but the cast is fun, there aren't long gratuitous warg battles, it passes the Bechdel Test, it has plenty of humor, and everyone looks really good in those suits. Afterward we went to the Silver Diner in the same complex for dinner before heading home, and now we're watching the excellent British miniseries Summer of Rockets though we're going to have to go to bed before we binge the whole thing since we have lots of Father's Day stuff tomorrow. Enjoy if you're celebrating it!
