Greetings from Redmond

Extreme quickie, ran late having birthday cake and trying to scan my card from Paul (will post tomorrow, still having editing issues). I had a nice day, fairly low-key -- morning getting organized at home after a weekend mostly out, lunch at Kanishka (with enough leftovers for another meal), a walk to the beach, a bunch of phone calls with family and friends while the Dolphins-Titans game was on, then the current episode of The Gilded Age. This is entirely birthday indulgence including presents (I also got hiking poles):
