Greetings from Glenstone

Paul and I had tickets to go to Glenstone last December, but the museum shut down completely after having been outdoor-only for the fall. So when they announced that they were reopening in the spring, we got tickets for this weekend. The main exhibit hall is still closed, as are all the indoor buildings but the bathrooms (the cafe is open for outdoor dining, though we ate lunch before we left). But the enormous sculpture garden and woods walk including the outdoor sound installation are operating, so we went and had a lovely afternoon seeing not only the art but the deer and frogs around Sandy Branch:

I chatted on Zoom for a while with friends while Paul made pie for Pi Day (chicken pot pie for dinner, Boston cream pie for dessert). We saw the end of the Big 10 championship before the NCAA tournament selection show -- Maryland will have to beat UConn to get through the first round but we were pleased the Terps got a decent seed. After we ate, we watched the Grammys, which was almost entirely a concert this year with just a few awards televised and it was a great year for women, Beyonce in particular, though I also loved Megan, Cardi B, Taylor, H.E.R., Haim, and Billie's performances.
