The friendly cow all red and white,

My Tuesday morning was quiet, involving some computer work and some calls regarding the Big Project. We had frozen acai for lunch, did some more work, and took a walk to the park, which was overcast but not too chilly (today no geese but lots of buffleheads). I got back early so my DS9 group could watch both parts of "The Maquis" -- the episode that made Voyager possible -- which remains excellent and relevant to the real world.
We watched the final (holiday) episode of All Creatures Great and Small, and I can't believe that the season is already over for us, but it was very enjoyable. Now we're watching the first episode of The Pitt, which lots of my friends who don't usually like medical dramas recommended as well as the Golden Globes. From back in the fall at the Washington State Fair in Puyallup, the pregnant cows and cows with calves:
