I spent most of Friday organizing books and games, which had been haphazardly thrown on shelves to get boxes out of here -- now most of the books are in the living room and most of the games are in the second bedroom, which still has a few too many boxes but some of those are going into storage and the rest are getting emptied onto the remaining shelves.
We walked to the beach in the afternoon and went out on the dock to see the ducklings, where we also saw two eagles, a heron, an osprey, several geese, and the family of coots who live right next to our building. Now we're watching Peter Pan & Wendy, which is okay but lacking the magic of P.J. Hogan's film version. Flowers in the Bellevue garden last weekend:
