We spent most of Sunday in Hanover with Paul's parents and youngest brother, Jon, who was visiting for their mother's birthday. We arrived just as they were getting back from church and went again to Blue Koi, which I heartily recommend (we were more than half vegetarian/vegan and everyone thought the food was great). Then we picked up a birthday cake and went back to my in-laws' home to eat it, plus we managed to get both our kids on Skype for a few minutes to say happy birthday.
We stopped at Giant and CVS on the way home for necessities for the week, had soup for dinner since we'd had such a big lunch, and watched the beginning of the Cowboys-Colts game since we'd missed the Ravens' victory and the Commanders' tie, though we saw the news that the Terrapins will play the Wolfpack in the Duke's Mayo Bowl where NC State will, I suppose, be the home team. We just watched a couple of episodes of Wednesday, which is like Addams Family Hogwarts and extremely enjoyable!
