We came home in the late afternoon since son had dinner plans with friends, so I watched Voyager's "Inside Man" with my Tuesday night group (meh, not very memorable) and the end of the Orioles game, which did not end well. Neither did the Mariners game. But then Adam arrived, we walked out on the dock looking for the beaver, and now we're watching reruns of Olympic climbing. It was primary election day but everyone here votes by mail. Here are a few pictures of the packing, the bagels, and some animals we've seen in the past few days:

Greetings from Fremont
One more short post, since Adam is staying with us now that his apartment has been packed and his belongings shipped to Ohio. We spent a lot of the day with him, since he needed someone to stay with the packers while he took his car to be shipped (we thought one of us might need to follow him and drive him back, but they got the car walking distance from his apartment). To thank us, he got us bagels from Eltana, which were superlative (the restaurant seems to be Israeli-owned but the bagels are Montreal-style, and delicious).
