All of us have been declared well enough to be out in public as long as we're wearing masks appropriately, so we put Adam and Pepper in the van and drove to Fenwick Island, where Daniel and Cahaya have been isolating in their hotel since she tested positive soon after getting here. We arrived between thunderstorms, so we had the beach completely to ourselves for a bit in the early evening and saw dolphins (dogs are not welcome on public Delaware beaches, so Pepper and Adam did not get to join us; we'll take turns with her tomorrow).
We had promised Adam Thai food for his birthday and had Ethiopian on the day because we knew we wanted to get carry-out while we were in Fenwick Island from Thai O-Cha in Ocean City. We got a bunch of noodles and curries and ate in his room (we booked him the biggest room for the dog so we could all eat together there). Then we went to get Kohr Bros frozen custard for dessert and stopped in Candy Kitchen in case we need salt water taffy or crab chocolate tomorrow. Thor was waving to us from Viking Golf across the Coastal Highway!
