My Monday, like my Sunday, involved some reading, some napping, some The Future Is Wild episodes, a bunch of coughing, and very little ability to concentrate on anything. My parents brought us soup and cough drops. I'm trying to remember what else and my mind is as blank as my ability to smell anything. I did have a brief virtual doctor's appointment that reminded me I own a pulse oximeter, so at least I know my blood oxygen is okay, and the doctor agreed no Paxlovid.
I'm catching up on the season finale of Kung Fu. Paul finally got his PCR results (they sent our tests to different labs, though we have the same insurance and had tests ten minutes apart), so we are all official Omicron breakthrough statistics. The state says that Adam is all right to be out tomorrow as long as he wears an N95 mask, so he is going to retrieve his dog in Virginia from Katherine, who is flying back out west before him. Meanwhile I got to spend the day with:
