Sunday was another gorgeous day, so we headed into Seattle before noon, with nice views of the mountain from the bridges, to pick up Daniel and his dogs while Cahaya is away. We walked from his house to Kitanda, ate Brazilian bread and acai for lunch, then walked around the lake in view of lots of waterfowl, several turtles, some remaining cherry blossoms, plenty of tulips, and a number of dogs walking with people under sunny skies.
When we had circled the lake, we headed back to Daniel's house by way of Bartell for cold drinks, hung out reading books for a while, then drove to Alderwood Mall to eat at the Cheesecake Factory, for which Paul had a birthday coupon for free dessert. So much food! Afterward we took Daniel back to his house and came home to watch
