I spent a drizzly Sunday in Green Lake with Daniel, and some time with Cahaya (who's working on an MBA) and Adam (who met us after he went climbing). We brunched at the Portage Bay Cafe, then Adam went to do chores and we went walking with Daniel and Thandi around Green Lake for Pokemon Community Day. Theo had already had a play date with the dog of a classmate of Cahaya's.
We hung out at Daniel's house for a while and played more Pokemon, then went to dinner at the Greenlake Bar & Grill, though I was still so full from my eggs benedict at brunch that I just had hummus and pita. Then we walked back to Daniel's, drove home to feed our cats, saw the end of the Giants-Bills game, caught up on the day's football scores, and watched some Suits. And the rain has stopped for now!
