My Friday was...a day. I talked to someone I'm close to who had some bad news, so that was stressful, and I had a bunch of pre-Thanksgiving travel chores to get done, including a haircut and some shopping. We also got ice cream because our next door neighbors, who will be cat-sitting, came over for homemade apple pie and we needed vanilla.
Apart from working on holiday cards, I didn't get onto my computer until after 9 p.m. and have been watching the new
For All Mankind and
Lessons in Chemistry episodes while typing this -- so glad the former is back and really enjoying the latter despite how dark it often is. Here are the swans who migrate to winter at Juanita Beach Park:
